Alexa O'Mary is a Senior Associate at Rise Commercial Partners specializing in retail landlord and tenant representation across Texas. Throughout her career, Alexa has represented local, regional, and institutional property owners, as well as local, franchise and corporate retailers/restaurants. Her landlord leasing experience includes listing assignments for clients such as KITE Realty, Inventrust, Whole Foods, Amazon, Divco West, and Crow Holdings, among others. On the tenant side, she has represented brands including Whataburger, Freebirds, McAlister's Deli, Papa Johns, JETSET Pilates, Playa Bowls, and Paris Baguette.

Prior to joining Rise, Alexa was with Endeavor Real Estate Group, where she focused on project leasing and tenant representation throughout Texas. Alexa earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center and Women in Real Estate Austin. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, playing pickleball, reading, and skiing.
