Andrew is a Vice President at Rise Commercial Partners who specializes in retail and restaurant tenant representation as well as acquisitions and development. Through his experience representing clients such as Salad and Go & Crumbl Cookies in their expansion into Texas, Andrew has built expertise in creating market strategies unique to each client’s specific requirements, ensuring their long-term success. Prior to his time at Rise, Andrew was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Moran Capital, where he honed his ability to identify the highest quality of real estate in any market. Andrew’s past clients include Tom Thumb/Randall’s, Tempur-Pedic, Black Rock Coffee, Bank of America and Innovista Medical.

Andrew graduated from Texas A&M University with a BA in Politics & Diplomacy and a Minor in Business. Andrew is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin. When outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Sydney, his two dogs, Louie and Donn, and being at the lake with family and friends.
